Where can I find your products?
Our full product selection is available online on our site. Select read ymade products are carried in select paper boutiques across the country. See our list of retailers here.
What happens when a product is out of stock?
We do our best to keep items in stock, however from time to time your item may be unavailable. You will be notified via email if your product has been backordered or becomes unavailable.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in the state of Virginia. The sales tax rate is 5% for orders shipped in the state of Virginia. Virginia state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be taxed.
When will my order ship?
Non-custom orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from when they are placed. All non-custom orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and should be received within 4 to 6 days of shipment. Personalized orders will ship within 2 weeks of final proof approval. Custom orders are shipped via USPS 2 to 3 day Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available upon request. Once an order is shipped, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and SIMPLESONG is no longer liable.
What are your shipping rates?
All custom orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Please inquire for overnight shipping rates. We charge a flat shipping fee based on your order total. Rates for domestic and international shipping are as follows:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! See above for our shipping rates and methods.
What is your return policy?
If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 10 days for a full refund or store credit. Items must be returned in original packaging and in salable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an order must be returned due to an error by SIMPLESONG, e.g., incorrect items were shipped, please email us for return-shipping instructions. Upon our receipt of the returned items, a refund of the full merchandise cost will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. Please ship your returns to: SIMPLESONG, 1511 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Please include a copy of your receipt and your reason for returning the items.
Can a custom item be returned?
Custom products (calling cards, correspondence, pencils and invitations) are not returnable.
Personalized Stationery Details
All personalized stationery orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed. Please note that colors on screen may vary from actual products. Once the proof is submitted for approval, custom stationery orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
What is the proof approval process?
With each custom order, a color PDF proof will be provided via email. Additional rounds of proofs are $15 each. Please proof carefully, as SIMPLESONG is not responsible for any errors that were present on the approved proof. Proofs must be final and ready for press when approved. A signed proof is required to go to press, which can be submitted via email or fax.

Can I order custom samples?
Send us a note letting us know what type of design you're interested in, and we will send a sample packet. Samples cost $10 (including shipping).
How do I go about custom design?

What kind of paper do you print on?
Unless noted, we print on 100% cotton cover stock. It's thick, soft and works wonderfully with letterpress printing. Our envelopes vary by product.
If I have already a design will you print it?
Our studio is small and we currently do not offer any print-only services.
